Estimation and installation

The beauty of any carpet is only fully realised once it has been correctly installed. To appreciate this, a Wool Classics carpet should only ever be installed by highly skilled craftsmen.

Carpet installation is a detailed multi-stage process, from initial site visit through to final client handover.

To give our clients the benefit of the highest quality finish, Wool Classics provides a full installation service, embracing the following processes:

Initial site survey – our estimators will visit site to determine quantities for estimation purposes and general site specific factors. This process will incur a charge, which is fully refundable upon confirmation of your order.

Written estimate – itemised to detail the scope of work on the project and specific considerations.

Pre-installation site visit – prior to commencement of carpet installation, a thorough site inspection will be undertaken by a Wool Classics project manager to check measurements, assess site conditions and readiness for carpet fitting, identify potential issues requiring additional work either by Wool Classics or third parties and the final scheduling of the work.

On site installation – Wool Classics highly skilled operatives, with many years of experience working with our products, will undertake the fitting of the carpet and ancillaries, under the supervision of a project manager, to the agreed scope of works, up to handover of the completed installation back to the client.
